Review: Kodak G600 Printer

Kodak focuses on making digital photography easy, which for the less technologically inclined it still isn’t and the Kodak EasyShare G600 printer dock is a great example of this philosophy. Similar to the EasyShare Series 3 Printer we reviewed at the beginning of the year, it lacks that models Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support, but instead adds a large battery pack and a carry handle, with an clear eye on portability. The weight comes in a 1.1Kg, which isn’t insubstantial, but it’s still very practical to put in a bag and go.
The guys at trustedreviews made a review of the Kodak EasyShare G600 and their conclusion is that this printer it’s best paired with a Kodak camera, howevere it’s a little slow and you have to be satisfied with 6 x 4in prints, but as long as you are happy with all of those, this is a fun, feisty, and very portable printer that produces excellent quality prints with reasonable running costs.

The problem with this printer is that it only comes with enough ink to print 5 photos!!! Then you have to buy their very expensive ink kit that makes the prints as expensive as an 8×10. Kodak found a way to rip everyone off. Don’t give this as a gift without buying the ink “kit” to go with it.
