If the resolution is high, then it means that the dots are smaller and they are included several hundreds of them in one inch. These tiny dots form a better image than let’s say 100 dots per inch, which form an image which may seem that is blurred or unclear. But the printers differ one from the other, thus there are cases in which 300 dpi printers print images better than most of the 600 dpi printers do. This is due to the fact that the printers are made based on different technologies.

This in fact is not true, because the dot which is represented by a printer is not the same thing with a pixel. You can modify the content of the picture, it is true, change the colors, the size, resize the photo and so on, but you can reduce the size of a photo only by transforming the photo into a picture which has another extension. If your computer lets you, just transform a png image into a gif one and see the difference in pixels.

The images that you use on your site should be small and they should try to become even smaller. Why? Because of the reason mentioned before: the loading time. Use more gray scale pictures than color image files, because they consume less storage.

Usually the companies have this problem, because the individuals prefer the inkjet printers, don’t ask me why. I have also an inkjet type printer and at the time I bought this printer, I was 20 and I had no idea of what a printer means and what are the mechanism which activate the printer to actually transmit the image from the computer to the paper. Right now, I have with 8 years in addition, and I still don’t get it.

Anyway, I don’t want to focus on my lack of knowledge, which is definitely not there, I am just kidding, and I want to present you some aspects that should be taken into consideration when you are planning to get a printer. Should you get an inkjet type or perhaps a laser printer. Because they are cheaper. But let’s see more about the quality of the images that come out on paper.

On the site I mentioned at the beginning, it is said that the quality of the images printed by a laser printer is much better. It says that no inkjet printer will make the black and the other colors as sharp as a laser printer can do. And considering on the long term, the laser printer even if it costs much now, when you buy it, you don’t have to change the toners, which makes the price to be actually competitive.

There are many cartridges in this world, as many as the printers. You have to change them once in a while, when they are not able to be refilled one more time. And when you refill them, in fact, you do the same operation, that changes the cartridge with another one. Or you simply remove the emoty cartridge and turn off the printer, you go to the store where the cartridge is refilled, come back home, turn on the printer and see how the head of the printer moves to the center.

This is the location where you will place the black cartridge and the colored cartridge. The modules where you can place the cartridges are a bit moved towards a side of the printer, not necessarily in the middle. When you open the printer’s casing, you see that the carriage is in the middle. This is done so that those who replace the cartridges, which are the users to be able to locate their position and to pull them gently, without scratching them or perform any damages, that are obviously unwanted. Right now I am watching at an image which shows me a printer with 4 cartridges, which are black, red, yellow and blue. If you have the new or the refilled cartridges with you, you can place them into position, immediately after removing the empty cartridges.
