Use The Printer Sharing Options
If you have been in a big company, at least in a visit, then you must know that there are cases in which many offices connect to a printer which is in the hallway, or is in another office, where you don’t have access too often and where you go only to get the documents that you have printed. This happens only if the company is too big and when is no room to insert a printer in every office. In general, these printers are usually laser printers and they are big, being able to print not only A4 sheets of paper, but bigger images, plans and large documents.

Use The Printer Sharing Options
The offices and the people who work in that company are most likely connected through a network. This is how the computers will be connected as well to the only printer that is available for 5 offices, let’s say or for a floor. You need to click the Start button and then to choose Network.
There is another option there, which opens when you click on Network: Network and Sharing Center. Printer Sharing is the next stop where you have to click and then click on Apply, to make sure that the modifications will be taken seriously by the printer and by the rest of the computers that are in the network, which are chosen by the person who does this operation.

Use The Printer Sharing Options
Usually, it is done by an IT engineer. To choose the printers, you have to click on the Start button again and choose Control Panel and choose the printers that you want to have access to that printer. This is why I was telling you.
Only a coordinator can do this, because only he is able to see what are the printers connected in that network and what are the people working in the company at that floor. Everytime you see the printer that is suitable to use that printer on the hallway or in its own office, you have to click on Add and here I am referring only to the IT engineer that is performing this operation.

Clean The Laser Printers
On this site, clubprinter.com, I have spoken earlier about how to clean the cartridges of an inkjet printer, obviously. The laser printers do not use cartridges, but this does not mean they don’t have to be cleaned. But how can you clean them? In my opinion, the laser printers, being a bit more expensive than the inkjet ones, should be seen only by specialists. If in the case of the inkjet printers, you can brush the nozzles and perhaps do the software maintenance by yourself, without having too much knowledge, in the case of the laser printers I guess that you should address to a technician.

Clean The Laser Printers
But according to an article I have read on a site which I like very much, it seems that you can do this operation by yourselves in the comfort of your house, and without knowing too much. Still, it would be preferable if from time to time, you read the user’s manual of the laser printer that you have.
Although it is a bit odd that you have a laser printer at your house, because these are office printers and they usually have professional purposes. And if the printer is used at an office, then most likely there are companies specialized in these operations who control the printers on a regular basis and you don’t need to bother to much. Unless the printer fails before the control company arrives in control.

Clean The Laser Printers
The laser printer parts differ from one printer to another, but the general cleaning process is about the same. There are some Corona wires inside some laser printers, and if they get dusty, you will see that the quality of the images and the sheets printed by them is not that good anymore.
You won’t see the actual wires, but only the images. This is seen mostly when you print images, not texts. Use a clean cloth and dry at the same time to clean the wires. For this, you must reach those wires, which means a bit of disassembling the printer. You don’t have to do this on your own. Call for a specialist!
Another problem is given by the toner guard. If you receive a new toner guard and replace the old one, the new one can trap the excess of toner which was left by the old one, thus the images printed by the printer will seem printed by an inkjet printer, which is not calibrated correctly.

How To Clean The Printer’s Cartridges
The cleaning of the cartridges which stay inside your printer can be done in two ways, just like the calibration of the printer to print different sheets of paper. You can take a brush and clean the nozzles of the printer and of course the cartridge, operation which is not recommended, unless you are a high specialist and you have done this procedure many times, because the printers differ one from another or by using the software method. Yes, you can clean the cartridges of your printer if you let them to do this by themselves. I love the printers.

How To Clean The Printer's Cartridges
This is definitely not an operation which is done by computers themselves. You need a clean cloth to clean the screen, also for the casing of the computer and so on. Well, in the case of the printers, the situation is a bit different, in better. This is like that joke when everyone asks why the airplane is not made from the same material as the black box. I wonder myself as well, why not the computers are made to clean themselves, if we click on some software controls? Anyway, until they will be, we shall learn at least the procedure of cleaning the cartridges of the printer.

How To Clean The Printer's Cartridges
The first step implies to click on Start and to go to Printers and Faxes, where you will see what are the available printers which are regularly connected to your computer. Attention: the printers will appear in that list, only that they might not be connected to the computer. The printer which will be cleaned need to be connected. On the printer that you want to clean, click on Properties.
There are some cleaning options there, most likely you will have to click on Services. The tabs differ from one printer to another, thus from one driver to another, but you should find the cleaning options in no time, because there are a few tabs that you have to search in. Click the Clean the Print Cartridges button and the nozzles of the printer will be cleaned.

All In One Color Laser Printer Fax
I have mentioned this expression for so many times now, that you must know what this means. “All-in-one” refers to the products which have more functionality and which also have more hardware equipments or parts and they are used as more objects at the same time or in different times. For example, an all-in-one printer can have the capabilities of a fax machine, it can send and receive faxes, it can copy the files that you want, so it is just like a copy machine and it prints whatever you send it to print via the computer, to which it is connected.
The all-in-one printers are usually color printers and they are based on the use of cartridges. This happens because they are cheaper, although if we start to think, if you get an inkjet printer and once a month you change the cartridges, then this becomes in time more expensive than a laser printer. You pay once a laser printer and you have that printer for 10 years or more. You don’t have to replace anything once a month to make the printer work.

All In One Color Laser Printer Fax
According to the Dummies site, the all-in-one printers are included in the same category with the photo printers and with the inkjet ones, I guess that because many of them are based on the inkjet properties of a printer. The laser printers are separated from them and they are referred as being more popular in the office environment. I don’t know what kind of office environment they are talking about, but I worked in a company with more than 5000 employees, and there was no single laser printer in that entire company.

All In One Color Laser Printer Fax
The other category which is presented on this site is represented by the impact printers, which even the author of the article acknowledges that are a few these days. These printers use a ribbon and some other elements that move the paper when it is printed and they make a specific sound. They are used to print invoices and multicopy forms.

Print Big Pictures
There are situations in which when you want to print big pictures or some photos on a smaller paper and so on. The printer is normally set to print A4 pictures or A4 sheets of paper better said, so how can you modify the output resolution and the nozzles that will help you print the correct image?
This is done not only physically because some things have to be moved on the printer, so that it will be capable of printing bigger images or on the contrary smaller ones, but also you will need to do something in terms of software. And I must not forget, you should have a special paper. If you are planning to print something really big, you have to be sure that you have the correct paper that is necessary to print those images.

Print Big Pictures
While you use the software of the printer or the driver, because this is the name that we use for the software program created for a hardware equipment to work with the computer, you have to move to the section that says Image Size. There are many ways to get there, but all the printers should have in their drivers something that relate to this thing, which is the Image Size.

Print Big Pictures
Alright, so you are there, after you have selected the image. Click Resize, then Image Size and while you are on the page that is opened, you have to uncheck a check box, which is named: Resample Image. Now is the time to enter the print dimensions. They will be told by the client who wants the images to be printed on that piece of paper.
Practically, you can select any dimension you want as long as you have the proper printer and the right piece of paper. The procedure ends with an Ok. The image that you see on the screen will not change. Remember: you have changed only the resolution of the printer, which is not the same thing with the resolution of the monitor.
