Everytime you see the printer that is suitable to use that printer on the hallway or in its own office, you have to click on Add and here I am referring only to the IT engineer that is performing this operation.

You can take a brush and clean the nozzles of the printer and of course the cartridge, operation which is not recommended, unless you are a high specialist and you have done this procedure many times, because the printers differ one from another or by using the software method.
