Learn To Calibrate The Inkjet Printer
In this article and in the next one, because there are many things to say and I will write two articles on this topic, you will learn how to calibrate a printer. When you say calibrate, you may refer to the fact that the nozzles of the inkjet cartridges are not in the same position, are not aligned. And this can be solved by using the manual procedure and getting the job done at the location. You have to print some papers to see if the printer is calibrated for that operation. You need to have the nozzles calibrated for that kind of paper and secondly, they need to work together as a whole, so the ink should come out correctly from the both nozzles, from the right one and the left one.
If the printer is not calibrated as it should be, the quality of the printing will be degraded. And one more thing, what is calibrated for a paper, might not be calibrated when you print another document. So, you have to be attentive on what you are going to print. If you want to print an A4 paper, you should know that the modifications are not only from the software that you use, but also from the physical printer. You must move the nozzles so that, if you are printing an A3 paper, the paper to be printed just like you see it on the screen of your computer, the location from where you start the command.
So, you have learned that besides the fact that the nozzles have to be arranged, the software also must be compatible with the hardware equipment. In other words, if you select that you print an A4 paper, the cartridge should be able to print an A4 paper, not an A3. You should move the nozzles when you are planning to print another type of paper. Almost every printer has different controls that refer to the output that comes from the printer, and even the printers which came from the same manufacturer might have different drivers. You should be very careful with what you buy, in terms of software, because not all the drivers that work for the X printer (you have an X printer), could work for your own as well. You must get a driver that is created for the device released the same year as your printer. Ok, so after moving back and forth the nozzles until you get it right, there are some notations on the printer for A3, A4 and other types, you should move on to the software.
