Whenever you will see the letters MFC next to the name of a printer, you should know that this is a multifunction printer, that is capable also of printing documents in color. The color multifunction printer that I have selected for today to present is manufactured by Brother and it is the MFC-9970CDW printer. According to review made by PCWorld.com, I can say that this printer has received 3.5 stars (there is a maximum of 5 stars) and the advantages of using such printer are represented by the fact that it has a toner that is cheap, the LCD color touchscreen consumes a low amount of power (after all, we are talking about an LCD screen) and the device benefit of the Wireless networking.

If we are talking about the shortcomings of this product, we can say that the dark scan quality is the only disadvantage when using this product. Once again, the review was made by PCWorld.com. I wanted to test this product by myself, but we don't usually test the products about which we are talking. Luckily, some of the products that are presented in our article have been used by myself at the company where I have worked just a few years before starting to write articles for the online market, so I know what I'm talking about.

The number of the colors used by this device is of 4, they being black, cyan, magenta and yellow. I don't know if black is a color, but it is included in the colors used by this device.

The diameter of the LCD screen is of 5 inches and the screen is in color; at the same time, it is a touchscreen that allows you to use your fingers when you order commands to your device. The interface is supported by this device are Ethernet, USB and Wi-Fi. Plus, it supports also a media reader, thanks to the USB technology. It has support for many operating systems, such as Mac OS X 10.5, Mac OS X 10.6, Windows 7, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
