Can You Use Inkjet Photo Paper in a Color Laser Printer

Thanks to many forums, I have reached to an answer regarding your question that said if you are capable of printing using a photo paper created for an inkjet type printer in a laser jet type printer. Of course, you should not do this. I was sure about the answer, still I have searched for it in many sites, to be sure that this is the accurate answer and the correct one coming from specialists, because I am not a specialist in printers.

And the answer came from a forum, where many people have answered that you should not use that photo paper created for an inkjet type, since you have a printer which works using the lasers. If you have a laser printer, then most likely you use it for your company and not for your own personal needs, this means that if you will print in this way, you could ruin the printer or better said those nozzles from which the colors come out, even if we are talking about the laser printers, and not inkjet types which have cartridges that you can refill and refill and so on.

The laser printer is different than the inkjet type, this is why they have a different name isn’t it? But except the name, there is something else which is different, the paper used for them. The laser jet paper is a bit more glossy, if I can say this and if you use it in an inkjet printer, the difference will be seen. Also, this is available vice-versa. If you use a photo inkjet paper in a laser printer, the images will be fuzzy and in the end, you will wish to never try this experiment, causing problems to the printer and remaining with the photos unprinted.
